Rahima Foundation is a 501(c)3 Charitable & Educational Foundation. This Ramadan was the 25th year of service to the community. We are a pantry of Second Harvest Food Bank and provide 13 tons of groceries each month to ~450 families in the Bay Area. We also provide financial assistance to ~150 families /mo to assist in their rent, utilities etc. so they can continue to stay in their homes. We provide and serve cooked healthy & delicious meals in 4 shelters twice per month to over 200 homeless people. We provide 300 snacks/mo to school children of low-income families. We also give awards to graduating High School seniors.
