Muslim Chaplain Services of Virginia (MCSVA) is a 501 (C) 3 nonprofit organization. MCSVA provides Re-entry services to Muslims returning from prisons. Hijrah House, managed by MCSVA, is a transitional house. It was established in July 2003 and is located in Richmond, Virginia. It provides food, shelter and job assistance to ex-inmates. It assists ex-inmates to get back on their feet and successfully transition back into the free society as productive citizens.
